Wild Po Experience

Service Description

On board NAIADE II, a Carolina motorboat, you will go up the river, approaching the sandy walls where bee-eaters and kingfishers nest, to admire and photograph up close the acrobatic flights of these brightly colored birds. Traveling along the river and its wild oxbow lakes, rich in birdlife, with a bit of luck you will be able to observe herons, egrets, terns, buzzards, ospreys and sparrowhawks. The Wild Po Experience continues with a stop on one of the white beaches, following the tracks of the Po wolf. You will then reach the Olona Oasis, to go up a stretch of this beautiful and wild tributary of the Great River. Returning to the departure pier, you will be able to admire the landscape of the Arena Po Castle and the Belvedere Tower from the river, with the shades of the Oltrepò hills framing everything.
